Review: Epic Battle Fantasy 1 and 2

In my Epic Battle Fantasy 4 review, I had mentioned wanting to also go over the earlier titles from Matt Roszak in the series. As EBF3 is much more similar to EBF4, this will be a short review of the earlier titles, Epic Battle Fantasy 1 and 2. Here we go!   To start things off, some context. Epic Battle Fantasy came out as an in-browser flash game in May of 2009. At the time, it released on Newgrounds, Kongregate, and Armor Games to good reviews, and still gets regular traffic. Review: Epic Battle Fantasy 4

This week’s review is about a game where you click on little stone people and make them explode on a loading screen. What do you mean that’s not the game? For those of you who don’t know what those terms mean, twin-stick shooter means the main control scheme is through a game pad or controller with two analog sticks, one for…

Review: Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt

In addition to making games, I also want to talk about games here. To start things off, I want to talk about a little indie title by the name of Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt. Here we go!   Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt is a free game on Steam by Ludosity. It was first made for the Ebola charity game jam in 2014 and has since been updated for its full release. It follows the story of the titular Princess Remedy, a Saturnian who has just graduated from healing school, sent to Hurtland to heal…
